Mentor Graphics, EVE Reached Settlement of Patent Litigation

WILSONVILLE, Ore., and SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) and EVE announced today that they have settled the parties' ongoing patent litigation, captioned Mentor Graphics Corp. v. EVE-USA, Inc. and Emulation and Verification Engineering, SA, Case No. 6:06-CV-00341 and pending in the United States District Court of Oregon.
