Cherokee Inc. Engages Moss Adams, LLP as New Independent Audit Firm

VAN NUYS, Calif. -- Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ:CHKE) announced today that its Board of Directors' Audit Committee has appointed Moss Adams, LLP as its new independent registered public accounting firm to audit the Company's financial statements and internal control over financial reporting for the year ending February 3, 2007. Moss Adams, LLP will replace PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor for the Company.
