DUBLIN, Ireland -- Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c48701) has announced the addition of "Hayes 2006 Company Profile Edition 1" to their offering.

Hayes Lemmerz International Inc is headquartered at Northville, Michigan, US. The company was formed when Hayes Wheels took over Lemmerz Holding GmbH in 1997. Currently, the company is a world leader in aluminium and steel wheels for light motor vehicles. Hayes Lemmerz operates through three segments, namely Automotive Wheels, Components and Other. In December 2001, Hayes Lemmerz (referred to as 'Old Hayes' by the company) filed voluntary petitions for reorganisation under the US Bankruptcy Code's Chapter 11. Under the re-organisation plan, Hayes Lemmerz formed HLI Holding Company Inc (Holdco) as a holding company having no business operations. Hayes Lemmerz emerged from bankruptcy in June 2003 and was merged with an indirect subsidiary of Holdco, called HLI Operating Company (HLI). After the merger, all of the businesses and assets of Old Hayes continue to be owned by HLI, and Holdco was renamed as Hayes Lemmerz International Inc, also referred to as Hayes. Hayes registered sales of US$2.2 billion in the fiscal ended January 31, 2005 (FY 2004/05), of which the international markets contributed approximately 51%.
