Entellium eSalesForce named 2006 "Product of the Year" by SearchCRM.com in the category of sales force automation for small and midsize companies
SEATTLE -- Entellium today announced that eSalesForce, its high-powered, low-cost software tool for improving the performance of sales organizations, has been named a 2006 "Product of the Year" by the editors of SearchCRM.com. The award was presented in the category of sales force automation for small and midsize businesses.
Entellium eSalesForce goes farther than any other solution to automate the tedious aspects of a sales professional's day, including the creation and scheduling of common sales activities. As a result, sales teams using the tool experience substantial gains in performance and productivity. According to SearchCRM.com, Entellium eSalesForce's "ease of use, critical for user adoption, and free 24/7 support helped to set it apart" from other solutions.
The application is offered using the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. It is available to businesses either annually or on a month-to-month basis.
"Small and midsize businesses place high demands on their sales teams, but don't have the luxury of a big budget for high-priced deployments and sales consultants," said Paul Johnston, Entellium CEO. "We designed Entellium eSalesForce to include a number of built-in best practices that help sales organizations be more successful in less time and with less effort. We applaud SearchCRM.com for acknowledging the unique needs of small and midsize businesses, and thank them for recognizing Entellium's achievements in this market."
Entellium eSalesForce features a number of unique capabilities that improve the effectiveness of sales teams. One judge on the panel gave the product "special kudos for in-processing Virtual Sales Coach, the Quota Planner and leads distribution engine, which are all supported by a dynamic workflow engine."
eSalesForce is part of a family of Entellium software products designed to help businesses manage their customer relationships more effectively. Other members of the Entellium family include: eCustomerCenter, the company's industry-leading customer support-and-service tool; and eMobile, which helps sales professionals manage sales-related tasks on their phones.
The Product of the Year award is the latest in a series of honors for the company. Recently, Entellium won its third consecutive Market Leader Award for Sales Force Automation from CRM magazine.
The Products of the Year awards are presented annually by the editors of TechTarget's Enterprise Applications Media Group. They are judged by the SearchCRM.com editorial staff, with help from a team of users, industry experts, analysts and consultants. Judges select winners based on a host of criteria, including innovation, performance, ease of integration into existing environments, ease of use and manageability, functionality and value. In addition to the category of Sales Force Automation for small and midsize businesses, the 2006 winners were selected in the following categories: Sales Force Automation (enterprise); Call Center Suite; Hosted Call Center; Workforce Optimization; Speech Analytics; Market Automation; and Online Self-service.
