North Central Equity LLC Agrees to Sell the Business of Acceris Management and Acquisition LLC to First Communications LLC

MINNEAPOLIS -- North Central Equity LLC is pleased to announce that it has recently entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with First Communications LLC of Akron, Ohio to sell the telecommunications business and assets of its subsidiary, Acceris Management and Acquisition LLC d/b/a Acceris Communications. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions with an anticipated closing in the first quarter 2007.
