Interpublic and Sir Frank Lowe Agree to Withdraw Claims

NEW YORK -- The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (NYSE: IPG) announced today that it has withdrawn its Statement of Claim against Sir Frank Lowe before the American Arbitration Association. In exchange for this withdrawal, Sir Frank has agreed to withdraw his lawsuit for defamation against Interpublic in New York State Supreme Court. The terms of settlement are confidential.
