Business Wire, Jan 22, 2007

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Mortgage Builder Software, Inc., provider of the leading end-to-end mortgage banking software solution, announced that its president, Keven Smith, has been named to Freddie Mac's Vendor Advisory Board, a group of leading mortgage technology firms that periodically meet to share their insights on technology and process issues that affect Freddie Mac and its lender customers.

The advisory board, which consists of approximately 20 members representing a diverse mix of technology providers, was created to keep Freddie Mac abreast of technology topics important to its customers by fostering an exchange of ideas, from both strategic and tactical viewpoints, on issues facing the mortgage industry and the technology it uses.

"I am proud to serve on this board of mortgage industry executives and help provide Freddie Mac with information on technology related issues that will benefit the mortgage industry as a whole," said Smith.
