Mathon Systems Appoints Financial Markets Veteran and TIBCO Director, Sir Peter Job, to Advisory Board

LOS ALTOS, Calif. -- Mathon Systems, a provider of information risk management solutions, today announced Sir Peter Job has joined its advisory board. This is the second appointment to the company's advisory board since its formation in October 2006.
Sir Peter joins Francis Remacle, former Head of the Securities Industry Division at SWIFT, as part of a select group of internationally-renowned personalities within the financial services and high-technology industries to provide technical advice and strategic guidance to Mathon Systems. Sir Peter formerly served as Chief Executive Officer at Reuters Group from 1991 until his retirement in July 2001.

Sir Peter is a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank, and a member of the boards of directors of Royal Dutch Shell, Instinet, Inc., TIBCO Software Inc., and Schroders PLC. Sir Peter is also former Chairman of the International Advisory Council of The Nasdaq Stock Market.
