Grantham University Appoints Dr. Herbert London, President of the World-Renowned Hudson Institute, to its Board of Governors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Grantham University, an online university specializing in educating working adults, has appointed Dr. Herbert London, the president of the Hudson Institute, to its Board of Governors. The Hudson Institute is a world-renowned think-tank in Washington, DC.

Dr. London is a professor emeritus and the former John M. Olin professor of humanities at New York University (NYU). He was responsible for creating the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU in 1972 and was its dean until 1992. The school was organized to promote the study of "great books" and classic texts. Dr. London is a graduate of Columbia University and a Ph.D. recipient of New York University. He's the author and editor of 21 books and has appeared on numerous national television programs, newspapers and publications.
