China Voice Holding Corp. Secures Additional Chinese Government Contracts - Annual Revenues Expected to Substantially Exceed $30 Million

DALLAS -- China Voice Holding Corp. (the "Company"), (OTC:CHVC) announced today that it has secured additional contracts to provide its integrated Internet Telephony and patented Groupware and Office Automation solutions to Chinese government agencies. The contracts also call for software development services to support new applications. These contracts are in addition to those previously announced and the Company anticipates that the combined effect of all the above contracts with the Chinese Government will exceed 90,000 seats and generate revenues substantially in excess of $30 million annually.
