Business Wire, Jan 30, 2007
LAS VEGAS -- CCSN and Desert Toyota Scion have joined forces to sponsor the CCSN 35th Anniversary Scion Sweepstakes. The winning contestant will choose one of three Scion automobile models as the grand prize.
"We're very appreciative of Mr. Dudoit and the employees of Desert Toyota for their support and considerable contribution to our 35th anniversary celebration," said CCSN President Dr. Richard Carpenter.
"We've put together an exciting celebration to be held Feb. 3 beginning at 11 a.m. at Desert Toyota to help mark our 35th anniversary," said Helen Clougherty, executive director of public and college relations. "Together with partners such as Desert Toyota, 98.5 KLUC, The CW Las Vegas, MY LV TV, X107.5, and Las Vegas Weekly, we're planning a Scion giveaway for one of 200 qualified contestants and an afternoon of live radio remotes, live music, food and fun."
The Scion giveaway began Aug. 15, 2006 with on-campus promotions, and culminates when one of the 200 qualified contestants draws the winning key to unlock a Scion at Desert Toyota on Saturday Feb. 3, 2007. The individual with the winning key will then have the choice of one of three Scion models.
CCSN's 35th Anniversary Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Nevada who are at least 18 years of age. Contest rules are available online at www.ccsn.edu.
"We're happy to contribute to CCSN's 35th anniversary by donating a Scion to be given away as part of the celebration," said Kalei Dudoit, general manager of Desert Toyota Scion.
