Delta Dental Names Jamal Nasr Vice President of Enterprise Enrollment and Billing

SAN FRANCISCO -- Delta Dental of California, Pennsylvania and their affiliates today announced the promotion of Jamal Nasr to vice president of enterprise enrollment and billing.
Nasr will be responsible for the oversight of all enrollment and eligibility, billing and accounts receivable functions for the holding company system that includes Delta Dental of California, Delta Dental of Pennsylvania and affiliated companies, who together cover 21 million enrollees in 16 states plus the District of Columbia.
A Delta Dental employee since 1986, Nasr most recently served as director of enterprise enrollment and billing. Prior to that, he worked with the various Delta Dental affiliates in accounting-related positions.
"Jamal's vast experience in different areas of our holding company system makes him an ideal candidate for this position," says Michael Castro, a Delta Dental executive vice president and chief financial officer. "His knowledge of our affiliates and systems, as well as his grasp of technology will be critical as we continue to unify our functional areas."
Nasr is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he received a bachelor's degree in engineering. He received an MBA from Golden Gate University.
Delta Dental of California, Delta Dental Insurance Company and Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, along with their affiliates, all are also members of the Delta Dental Plans Association, whose member companies cooperate on programs that today cover more than 46 million enrollees nationwide.
