CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter 2006 Earnings Conference Call and Webcast

LOS ANGELES -- CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) announced today that it will release its Fourth Quarter 2006 results after the close of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, February 6, 2007. Management will conduct a conference call with shareholders, analysts and investors on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
A live webcast of the conference call, including a PowerPoint presentation, may be accessed through the Investor Relations section of the Company's Web site at www.cbre.com. The PowerPoint slides will be made available for download immediately following the call. The webcast will be available on the Company's Web site for three months.
