Record-breaking Scrapbook Chronicles Make-A-Wish Foundation([R])'s Work

WHEELING, Ill. -- On January 29, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and scrapbooking icon Sandi Genovese unveiled THE WORLD'S LARGEST SCRAPBOOK, a joyful chronicle of the Make-A-Wish Foundation([R]) and its work granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Make-A-Wish([R]) chapters throughout the country contributed to the 6,337 page scrapbook. Sandi Genovese, DIY Scrapbooking host, is a talented author, artist and educator who travels around the country demonstrating the art of scrapbooking. Sandi was the special host for the unveiling ceremony. THE WORLD'S LARGEST SCRAPBOOK will be on display in the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L booth #1151, at the Craft & Hobby Show, Anaheim Convention Center, through the duration of the show.

THE WORLD'S LARGEST SCRAPBOOK allows Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to share with the scrapbooking community how, with their support, they are able to help the Make-A-Wish Foundation and its courageous wish kids. The winning chapters were announced at the unveiling ceremony January 29th during the Craft and Hobby Association Show in Anaheim, California. Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L awarded cash donations to the two Make-A-Wish chapters who submitted the most pages. The two winning chapters were the Make-A-Wish Chapter of Maine that submitted 962 pages and won the second place prize of $5,000; and the Make-A-Wish Chapter of Nebraska that submitted 1,835 pages and won the grand prize of $10,000.
