SimCrest Releases New Payroll Add-On for Dynamics Navision!

Quick Payroll helps combine the ease of use of the QuickBooks (Intuit)* Payroll functions with the substantial benefits of a complete ERP Accounting Software Solution in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

EASIEST PAYROLL EVER

Running payroll in QuickBooks is extremely easy. You are guided through the entire process of setting payroll up and running it. Instructional videos are also available from QuickBooks.

HOW IT WORKS

The solution integrates the QuickBooks Payroll to Dynamics NAV, and all payroll administration is run entirely inside QuickBooks. Payroll is run entirely in QuickBooks including paychecks, direct deposits and tax liability payments. Depending on the payroll subscription in QuickBooks deposits, taxes, etc. are filed electronically or on paper. From Dynamics NAV the user can load entries from QuickBooks into a journal in Dynamics NAV through an import. You can choose to retrieve the payroll information summarized or detailed into a journal that can be posted. Class codes in QuickBooks can be mapped to a dimension in Dynamics NAV. The solution will keep track of imported and posted data to prevent double postings.
