Hay Group Strengthens Focus on Delivering Results in the US, Canada and Mexico

PHILADELPHIA -- Hay Group is pleased to announce the rehiring of Connie Freeman, who will focus on helping North American clients identify, develop, and manage talent to deliver on business needs.
Freeman is an expert in getting the best fit between people, work, and culture and equipping individuals and organizations to achieve success. In her new role, she will work across the region to continue to grow Hay Group's ability improve the competitiveness of clients.
Joyce Shields, Hay Group's General Manager of North American Business Development, said, "Connie's previous time with Hay Group was very positive, and the experience she's gained over the past four years will enable her to contribute at an even broader and more strategic level. We're delighted she's back and ready to help our North American clients grow their business."
Freeman returns to Hay Group after a four year absence, during which time she led the Americas assessment business for SHL Group. Previously, she was the Organization Effectiveness Practice Leader for Hay Group Canada and the National Expertise Director for Leadership Development.
Freeman has consulted for over 15 years to both private and public sector organizations across most industries--including financial services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, government, health care, and education. Her clients have included Fidelity Investments, Bayer, Placer Dome, ICI Chemicals, Bulgari, Unilever Bestfoods, Bank of Montreal, ING Canada, and the United Nations.
As well as contributing to professional journals and conferences, Freeman has taught graduate HR courses at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, as well as courses in Organization Design and communication at the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University and SUNY-Buffalo. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communication from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, her MA in Organization Communication from the University of Illinois, and has achieved ABD status toward a Ph.D.
