Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. Looks to Acquire Sports Related Companies

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -- Collectible Concepts Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CCNG) has announced that it intends to initiate a search for the acquisition of companies in the sports marketing or licensed products industries.
"By locating and acquiring complementary businesses we can quickly introduce new products, enhance our distribution, improve efficiencies and increase our sales. Our goal is to locate businesses that will instantly increase CCNG's revenues to over $5 million in annual sales," says CCNG President, Paul Lipschutz.
With over 15 years experience in the marketing, sales and distribution of licensed products, CCNG intends to use its expertise in the marketplace to locate appropriate businesses where sales of both companies will be significantly enhanced by a friendly union of the two. In addition to increased revenues, the costs of sales, marketing, licensing and other expenditures can be reduced thus improving the bottom line.
