Cyveillance Names Adam Palmer General Counsel and Chief Cyber Security Counsel

Company Adds Accomplished Cyber Intelligence Legal Expert to Assist Customers in Fraud Remediation and Intellectual Property Protection
ARLINGTON, Va. -- Cyveillance, the world leader in cyber intelligence, today announced that Adam Palmer has joined the company as General Counsel and Chief Cyber Security Counsel. In this role, Palmer will focus on effectively managing the cyber security legal issues affecting Cyveillance clients.
Palmer comes to Cyveillance from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where he was Director of the Office of Legal Counsel. During his tenure with the center, Palmer was tasked with supervising all corporate legal issues, insurance matters, intellectual property (IP) protection and contracts. Palmer also became the organization's key advisor on cyber crime related issues, gaining direct personal experience with all levels of federal and state law enforcement. Prior to joining The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, he was a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Prosecutor for the United States Navy.

Palmer has also been publicly recognized for his work, receiving several meritorious awards including the Navy Achievement Medal for outstanding service as a Prosecutor, from the United States Navy JAG Corps and winning the 2006 Washington D.C. Association of Corporate Counsel Community Service Award.
