China Voice Holding Corp. Signs Fourth Chinese Government Contract

Company Lands another Large Agency and Remains on Track to Achieve $200M Annual Revenue Target

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- China Voice Holding Corporation (OTC:CHVC), a provider of Internet Telephony, Office Automation, Video Conferencing and Wireless Solutions for government, businesses and consumers in the United States and the People's Republic of China, announced today that its Chinese subsidiary, Beijing CandidSoft Technology Co., Ltd., has signed an agreement with China Railway Electrification Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd. (BCEEB). The contract calls for a customized version of the company's patented SKY OA[TM] Office Automation Application. The customizations will support functions related to public interfacing, machinery management, material management, office administration, planning and statistics, security and quality, human resource, finance, and business development for the Agency. Upon installation, the application will enhance personnel productivity and substantially reduce the costs of paper, human resources, transport, security and records management. CandidSoft expects to have the initial contract phase of this "modernization project" completed during August, 2007. A supplemental contract for the integration of VoIP telephony services for the agency, similar to previously announced contracts with other agencies, is expected to be announced in the very near future.
