Proginet Signs Software License Agreement with Major IT Services Provider in India
Business Wire, July 17, 2007
GARDEN CITY, N.Y. -- Proginet Corporation [OTCBB: PRGF], developer of enterprise security software, today announced a new software license agreement with one of the world's leading IT services providers, headquartered in India. Under the terms of the agreement, the Client, who cannot be named for reasons of confidentiality, will use Proginet's CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)[TM] to secure customer data it manages for Fortune 500 companies.
Proginet reports that CFI will be deployed on several of the Client's high-profile accounts in order to handle high-volume, confidential data transmissions across several continents. The Client selected CFI following a comprehensive evaluation of major file-transfer vendors, with strong encryption, authentication, and automation identified as key criteria in their decision.
"This is great news for Proginet," said Jack Gazzola, Proginet's Vice President of Sales. "We've been focusing more resources on international sales recently, and this customer win is further evidence that our efforts are bearing fruit. This is the second major sale we've had in Asia this quarter; we're confident it mirrors a trend we're seeing in other regions, with recent successes in Mexico, the U.K., and the Netherlands."
"The size and nature of this international sale is especially pleasing," stated Kevin M. Kelly, Proginet's President and CEO. "It fits into a developing pattern where we're closing larger agreements with larger organizations. We've closed more than a half dozen six-figure deals in the current fiscal year. Large deals are an increasingly important component of our revenue mix and will continue to accelerate our growth as a company."
