Chase and SeaMiles Launch SeaMiles Visa[R] Signature Rewards Card

WILMINGTON, Del. -- SeaMiles, North America's premier cruise loyalty provider, and Chase Card Services, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM), recently introduced the SeaMiles Visa[R] Signature Rewards Card. The new rewards card enables cardmembers to redeem rewards as freely as they earn them - to use on Any Cruise Line...Any Time[R]. The new card's introduction coincides with the launch of SeaMiles' new Web site at www.seamiles.com.

SeaMiles Visa Signature Rewards Cardmembers receive one point per dollar spent on everyday expenses and three points per dollar spent when booking a cruise through SeaMiles or one of its designated travel agents. Cardmembers can then redeem their points for free or discounted cruises, stateroom upgrades and companion travel.

"We are thrilled to partner with Chase on the new SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card and continue to offer exciting new benefits for cruise lovers," said Peter Rooney, president, SeaMiles. "We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our services and continue our promise to be the most distinctive loyalty program in the travel industry."

"The SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card is another example of our commitment to improving our offerings to fit our cardmembers' lifestyles," said Hugh Bleemer, executive vice president, Chase Card Services. "It's exciting to build on our partnership with a travel industry leader such as SeaMiles, and we look forward to bringing even more value to their customers in the cruise community."

In addition to offering cruise enthusiasts rewards through the new SeaMiles Visa Rewards Card, SeaMiles' newly launched Web site, www.seamiles.com, is the ultimate resource for cruise lovers who want to explore more cruising, manage their SeaMiles account and redeem points. The enhanced Web site provides current SeaMiles members, prospective members and cruise enthusiasts with product information and instant account access.

About SeaMiles

SeaMiles is the most distinctive loyalty program of its kind in the travel industry. Launched in December of 2004, the SeaMiles program has already awarded over 2 billion SeaMiles. By design, the "Any Cruise Line...Any Time" philosophy is a departure from the standard restrictions of co-branded loyalty programs. Customers are encouraged to redeem their points as freely as they earn them on the cruise line of their choice. With the absence of product or seasonality restrictions, customers have responded with great enthusiasm and in only its second year, this simple and effective value proposition continues to experience tremendous growth. Offices are located in Boston, Fort Lauderdale and Toronto and are publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSXV-SEE).
