Clear Channel Sets New Record Date of July 27, 2007 for Special Meeting of Shareholders

Lee Partners, L.P. Clear Channel shareholders of record as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time on July 27, 2007, will be entitled to vote at the special meeting.
