SER Solutions Appoints Joe Licata as New President & CEO

DULLES, Va. -- SER Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of call management and speech analytics solutions, announced today that it has appointed Joe Licata to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 9, 2007. Mr. Licata brings extensive strategic and operational expertise with global telecommunications and information technology companies holding executive level positions at Siemens, ROLM Corporation, and IBM.

Mr. Licata most recently served as the President of Siemens Enterprise Networks, LLC, a U.S. telecommunications company, where he led the creation of the strategic blueprint that strengthened Siemens position as an IP convergence leader in the U.S. enterprise communications market.
Previously, Mr. Licata held various executive level positions at ROLM Corporation and IBM. He currently serves on the Advisory Board with DAVE Networks, nexVortex, Inc., and Georgia Tech University - College of Computing.
Additionally, Mr. Licata has advised many technology companies on strategy, execution, and customer value creation.
