Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. Announces New Board Members

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (AMEX: WTT), a worldwide provider of telecommunications test equipment, today, announced the election of three new board members. The election of three industry leaders to the company's Board of Directors was made at Wireless Telecom Group's annual shareholder meeting, which was held at the American Stock Exchange in New York on Tuesday, July 17, 2007.

Joining the Board are Adrian Nemcek, recently retired President of the Motorola Networks business, Rick Mace, Chief Operating Officer of Tekelec, and Joe Garrity, retired Executive Vice President and CFO of 4Kids Entertainment. The Company also announced that it has re-elected to the Board, Savio Tung, as Chairman of the Board, Monty Johnson, the Company's CEO, as Vice Chairman of the Board, Hazem Ben-Gacem, and Henry Bachman.

Monty Johnson said, regarding the new Board members, "We are delighted to have Adrian, Rick and Joe join the Board at this time. We are looking forward to the significant operational, international, and market-specific experience they bring to an already strong Board of Directors.
