WOODBURY, N.Y. -- Delta Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: DFC) will report its second quarter 2007 financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, August 8, 2007. The company will host a conference call to discuss the financial results on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 10 a.m. EDT. Founded in 1982, Delta Financial Corporation is a Woodbury, New York-based specialty consumer finance company that originates, securitizes and sells non-conforming mortgage loans. The loans originated by the Company are primarily fixed-rate mortgage loans secured by first mortgages on one- to four-family residential properties. The Company originates non-conforming loans through a network of approximately 3,200 independent brokers and the Company's retail offices. Since 1991, the Company has completed 52 asset-backed securitizations, collateralized by approximately $19.7 billion in mortgage loans.
