Cyber Intelligence firm selected for its proactive, intelligence-led approach to security
ARLINGTON, Va. -- Cyveillance, a global leader in cyber intelligence, today announced that Monster[R], the leading global online career and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ:MNST), has selected Cyveillance to help further protect its customers from potential online fraud. Under the agreement, Cyveillance will also provide Monster with brand identity protection in addition to user privacy and anti-phishing services.
"Enhancing Monster's defenses against phishing and other online fraud is a top priority," said Patrick W. Manzo, vice president, Compliance and Fraud Prevention, Monster North America. "Cyveillance's proactive cyber intelligence will help Monster provide our customers with an even safer environment to conduct their online career development and recruiting activities."
Monster customers will benefit from the additional protection of Cyveillance Anti-Phishing(TM), an intelligence-led solution that prevents and detects phishing and malware attacks, thus enabling Monster to quickly identify and thwart online scams that could potentially mislead customers through fraudulent use of Monster's corporate identity. In addition, Cyveillance Brand Protection(TM) services will monitor and search a variety of online sources (including Web/HTTP and junk email) to identify abuses of Monster's brand, slogans, and other misuse of Monster's marketing identity. Cyveillance's monitoring and takedown services are backed by its industry leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and its 24x7 Security Operations Center.
"Today's online threats increasingly fall outside the traditional network perimeter, and we are pleased to see a leading online brand, such as Monster, take a proactive stance in further protecting its customers from the various fraud schemes used by criminals to leverage trusted brands," said Panos Anastassiadis, CEO of Cyveillance. "Our selection by Monster further validates the need for all enterprises to implement a proactive and comprehensive intelligence-led approach to security, as these threats continue to expand beyond traditional targets."
