ACECOMM To Retain Nasdaq Listing Pending Further Staff Review
Business Wire, July 23, 2007
Extension to Regain Compliance Granted
GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- ACE*COMM Corporation (NASDAQ:ACEC), today announced that on July 16th, the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications staff notified the Company that based on the plan and supporting materials submitted by the Company, they had determined to grant the Company an extension, through September 5, 2007, to regain compliance with NASDAQ listing requirements. The Company must achieve a minimum threshold in at least one of stockholders equity, market value or net income by that date.
The Company would still be subject to delisting if the NASDAQ staff determines the Company does not satisfy the listing requirements at that time, although the Company may appeal the staff's determination to the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel.
Throughout this period of review and appeal (if any) the Company's securities will remain listed on the NASDAQ stock market.
