Encover Appoints Thomas M. Cotney, Jr. to Board of Directors

Cotney, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Mr. Cotney spent ten years at IBM Global Services in roles of General Manager, Business Process Outsourcing; General Manager, Communications Sector; and Vice President, Energy & Utilities Industry. Prior to IBM Global Services, Cotney held executive positions with Norrel Corporation, Apple Computer, and IBM's sales and distribution organization.
