Stan Lee, Father of the Superhero, to Appear at 2007 San Diego Comic Con

SAN DIEGO -- POW! Entertainment (Pink Sheets:POWN) is proud to announce that Stan Lee and POW! will be attending the San Diego Comic-Con July 26 through the 28 for special appearances, a guest panel for Stan Lee and Sci Fi Channel's, "Who Wants to Be a Super Hero? 2," contest winner signings and interviews.

Included in POW!'s program is a Stan Lee action figure presentation, where 25 contest winners will pose with the legendary writer for photos, and a Charity meet and greet, where eBay auction winners are given the honor of meeting Stan Lee on a special rented Yacht for pictures and autographs for HERO Charity. Mr. Lee will be signing autographs at the Convention Exhibitor's Hall at the Marvel booth on Saturday, July 28, which is limited to the 50-100 contest winners. A presentation in Stan's honor will be hosted by Sideshow Entertainment[R] shortly after the signing.

Stan will also be hosting a panel for the documentary entitled "True Believers," his life story currently in progress, produced by G&M Films. The panel members will include Paul Levitz, President of DC Comics, Tom DeSanto, Producer of such films as Transformers and X2, Michael Uslan, Producer for Batman films and Dick Ayers, an artist from the famed Marvel Comics "Bullpen."

The "Who Wants to Be a Super Hero? 2" panel, which includes the cast of the show, will be open to the press and public on Saturday, July 28 during the later morning hours. "Who Wants to Be a Super Hero? 2" reality television series about ordinary people on a quest to becoming immortal will be premiering Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 9/8C on the Sci Fi Channel.
