National Datacomputer, Inc. Announces Two Web Marketing Partnerships

BILLERICA, Mass. -- National Datacomputer, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IDCP) a leading provider of mobile computing solutions, announced today that the company has established new Web marketing partnerships with RenferMayr a marketing communications agency in Nashua, NH and AngelVision Technologies an interactive advertising firm in Portland, OR. The partnerships have been established to elevate the company's Web presence to support marketing of National Datacomputer's flagship RouteRider LE[TM] Direct Store Delivery solution for the Beverage, Baking, Coffee & Tea, Dairy, and Snack Food industries.

Under terms of the agreement, RenferMayr will provide National Datacomputer with Web site redesign (see www.ndcomputer.com ) and direct email marketing campaign services.

AngelVision Technologies is the creator of the Impact Movie (see www.ndcomputer.com/movie.html ). Under this agreement, AngelVision has been contracted to develop their eco-friendly interactive messaging vehicle to focus on National Datacomputer's unique offering.
