PepsiAmericas Declares Third Quarter Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS -- PepsiAmericas, Inc. (NYSE:PAS) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share on PepsiAmericas common stock. The dividend is payable October 1, 2007 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2007. The board reviews the dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
