Nasdaq Confirms Insight Compliance with Listing Requirements

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Insight Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: NSIT) (the "Company") today announced that the Board of Directors of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC has notified the Company that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq requirement relating to the filing of periodic reports with the SEC and has evidenced compliance with all other Nasdaq Marketplace Rules. As a result, the listing of the Company's common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will continue, and Nasdaq has closed the review of the Company's listing status.
