OAKLAND, Calif. -- Prexar Mobile, a nationwide provider of wireless voice, messaging and data services, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire strategic wireless assets of Amp'd Mobile - ensuring uninterrupted wireless service for Amp'd Mobile customers and a seamless transition to Prexar Mobile.
The Prexar Mobile offering is managed by USA Telephone, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) that has provided reliable local and long distance phone service since 1999.
