InPhonic Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Listing Requirements

WASHINGTON -- InPhonic, Inc. (NASDAQ: INPC), a leading online seller of wireless services and products, today announced that InPhonic has been notified by NASDAQ's Listing and Hearing Review Council that it has complied with the continued listing standards on The Nasdaq Stock Market. As a result of the recent filing of the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 and Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, InPhonic is now current with all of its SEC filing requirements.
