Duke Dickson Named President of Application Management Services at OAO Technology Solutions, Inc

GREENBELT, Md. -- OAO Technology Solutions, Inc. (OAOT) announced today that Duke Dickson has been named President of the company's Application Management Services business unit. In this role, he will report directly to Sidney Fuchs, OAOT's President and CEO. Mr. Dickson replaces Binny VanBergen, who has been the acting business unit president.

Prior to joining OAOT, Mr. Dickson was the Executive Director of Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services for Unisys Corporation where he was responsible for Information Technology Outsourcing sales and services in North America. Previously, Mr. Dickson held the positions of Vice President and General Manager at Perot Systems, Managing Partner at Amdahl Global Services, Chief Operating Officer for Orion Systems, Vice President and General Manager - Americas for Equant, and Group Director at Sprint. He received a BS in Mathematics (Cum Laude) from Carson Newman University.
