Business Wire, June 11, 2007
NORTH READING, Mass. -- Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), the industry's leading manufacturer of in-circuit PCB test systems, today announced it will host a new series of web seminars on the technical issues and challenges of in-circuit test (ICT) - from basic Manufacturing Defect Analyzers (MDAs) through high performance in-circuit testers. The curriculum is designed to educate test engineers, technicians, QA managers and production teams involved with test in a PCB manufacturing environment. The first of four seminars will be held on June 13, at 9:00 AM (EDT). This 45-minute session will explore the impact of ICT as it relates to defect detection, test economics and overall quality. It will also highlight the differences between MDAs and MDA-plus, as well as ICT strategies. Subsequent modules will reveal more advanced test technologies and offer useful application advice. All four sessions are free to view, and each will be recorded and preserved on Teradyne's web site for future reference.
