Under the terms of the agreement, Kapsch CarrierCom AG will incorporate Cantata's innovative and award-winning SnowShore[R] IP Media Server[TM] and IMG 1010[TM] Integrated Media and Signaling VoIP Gateway in solutions it delivers to tier-one service providers in Central and Eastern Europe.

Kapsch CarrierCom AG, a division of Austria-based Kapsch Group, a family-owned company established in 1892, delivers a wide range of service provider applications based upon solutions from best-in-class vendors. Cantata will now become a major provider of IP-enabling, revenue-generating solutions in Kapsch CarrierCom's next-generation product and technology portfolio.
