SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. Files Registration Statement with SEC for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock

WINDSOR, Conn. -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. ("SS&C Holdings") today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. SS&C Holdings is the holding company of SS&C Technologies, Inc. ("SS&C"), a leading provider of software products and software-enabled services for the financial services industry. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J. P. Morgan Securities Inc. are serving as joint book-running managers of this offering. Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC and Jefferies & Company, Inc. are serving as co-managers. SS&C Holdings and certain of its stockholders are expected to sell the shares to be offered.
