Triton Distribution Systems Signs Partnership Agreement With Caesars Travel Company

SAUSALITO, Calif. -- Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:TTDS), a next generation web-based travel distribution service provider, announced today the signing of a distribution agreement with Caesars Travel Company (CTC) in Kuwait. With this agreement CTC agents will use ReservationExpert(TM) to book trips for their leisure and corporate clients.
Formed in 1992, Caesars Travel Company is part of a group of companies that include manufacturing, restaurants, printing and chemical operations. Caesars Travel Company has six IATA recognized offices and ranks among the top travel companies in Kuwait. The other division, Caesars Int'l Travel Company is the General Sales Agent for Air Sahara, China Southern Airlines, Wholesale Agent for Cebu Pacific and the Passenger Sales Agent for Royal Nepal Airlines. They also have an exclusive division, representing the world popular tour operators, Cox & Kings. The newly opened division, Caesars Cargo Co. is concentrating on global cargo movements.
