High-Performance Xyratex RAID Technology is Critical Piece of CorData's Storage Networking Solutions

(NASDAQ:XRTX), a leading provider of enterprise class data storage subsystems and storage process technology, today announced that CorData, a leading storage networking solutions provider, has chosen the Xyratex F5402E 4Gb RAID system as a component in its line of networked storage solutions.
Serving a broad range of private and public sector clients, including the U.S. military and large financial services institutions, CorData provides advanced storage networking solutions that help organizations deploy highly optimized, cost-effective storage platforms. CorData will utilize the Xyratex F5402E as a key component for many of its customized end-user solutions.

The Xyratex F5402E is ideal for the storage demands of small and medium-sized organizations, housing a combination of 12 SATA II or SAS drives and providing up to 9 TB of storage capacity in each compact 2U rack-mountable enclosure. The extensible system can scale up to 60 drives and when fully expanded can accommodate between 1.75 TB and 45 TB of data. StorView, Xyratex's advanced system management software, completes the solution by providing users with an intuitive configuration and maintenance tool.
