ShotPak and Republic Beverage Announce Launch of New Product Line

IRVINE, Calif. -- ShotPak (Pink Sheets:SHTP) has signed Republic Beverage to assist in the launch of ShotPak's new product line of STR8UP shots. ShotPak's STR8UP line of distilled spirits will initially be distributed in the state of Kentucky, with further rollout to the other states in their distribution network in the near future. The STR8UP line of distilled spirits includes premium Vodka, premium Tequila, award winning Rum and high end Whiskey.
Republic Beverage and National Distributing Company (RNDC) combined their businesses in seventeen states and in the District of Columbia to form Republic National Distributing Company. Today, RNDC is the second largest distributor of premium wine and spirits in the U.S., employing over 5,000 individuals nationwide.
