PURE Bioscience Board Appoints Murray H. Gross to its Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO -- PURE Bioscience (OTCBB:PURE) today announced that Murray H. Gross has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Gross, a successful and accomplished businessman, currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Home Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:USHS). Gross brings a wealth of experience successfully growing young, emerging companies into larger, profitable businesses. As a founder and/or senior executive with a career spanning 45 years, Gross has been instrumental in building several start-ups into larger, successful companies.
