Nu Visions Manufacturing, Inc. and Golden Gate Capital Acquire Veritek Manufacturing Services, Inc

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Nu Visions Manufacturing, Inc. and Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with $3.5 billion under management, today announced the acquisition of Veritek Manufacturing Services, Inc. Veritek, based in San Marcos, CA with additional manufacturing facilities in San Jose, CA and Longmont, CO, provides electronic manufacturing services ("EMS") to blue chip medical, defense, gaming and industrial customers. The combined Company will have five manufacturing facilities in North America, including sites on the East Coast and West Coast as well as a low-cost facility in Mexico. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
