Conclusive Marketing Announces Multichannel Version of Industry-leading Event-based Marketing Solution
Business Wire, June 4, 2007
FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Conclusive Marketing[TM] today announced the release of the newest version of its SynapseEBM Event Based Marketing solution. This release, version 8.0, incorporates multi-channel capabilities to enable financial institutions to streamline their marketing execution processes.
"The multi-channel features added in this new release of SynapseEBM will allow banks and credit unions to take lead and event marketing management to the next level," said Mike Berry, SVP of Financial Services for Conclusive Marketing. "In the past, some high priority leads may not have been worked due to staffing issues or an inability to contact the customer; multi-channel EBM (MEBM) automates the channel management process so that these leads are not lost but do result in a customer 'touch'."
The SynapseEBM Pattern Evaluator analyzes up to 25 months of transaction data and uses sophisticated models to determine and flag unusual customer behavior. These flags result in leads (or events) that are presented to associates to make service calls to the customer. The addition of a multi-channel structure enables financial institutions to contact customers in alternate or preferred channels.
Conclusive's strengths in marketing execution allow for easy channel setup and automated handling. Conclusive offers a full package of letter templates that are customized based on the type of event and offer variable content to allow for further personalization.
"These templates cover a variety of lead types, including retention and cross-sell opportunities," added Berry. "In addition, an on-boarding package is also available. Conclusive will also create specific templates to cover other business needs or accept custom formats based on a client's requirements."
Built-in reporting allows marketers to track the lift by channel to determine overall effectiveness of the programs.
