D&M Holdings Inc. Continues Push into Latin American Market With Appointment of Latin American Representative

-- Global Sales Management, Inc. Will Represent D&M's McIntosh, Boston Acoustics and Snell Brands in Latin America --

MAHWAH, N.J. -- D&M Holdings Inc. (TSE I: 6735), today announced the next step in its recently launched expansion initiative into the Latin American market. Stephen Baker, the company's newly appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Latin America, announced that Global Sales Management, Inc. (GSM), headed by Ralph Quintero, has been appointed D&M's representative agency for the Marantz, McIntosh, Boston Acoustics, and Snell brands in Latin America, effective immediately. Global Sales Management has offices throughout Latin America and already represents D&M sister companies D&M Pro and Escient in the Latin American territory.
