Vitesse Selects BDO Seidman as Independent Auditors

CAMARILLO, Calif. -- Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation (Pink Sheets:VTSS) today announced that the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors has appointed BDO Seidman, LLP as its new, independent registered public accounting firm.
Effective immediately, BDO Seidman will commence the work necessary to allow BDO Seidman to audit Vitesse's financial statements for fiscal years 2006 and 2007 so that Vitesse will be able to file its financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Rich Yonker, chief financial officer of Vitesse, said, "We are committed to completing the audits of our financial statements in a timely manner and returning to a listing on a national stock exchange.
