Celsion to Hold Annual Meeting: Shareholders May Participate by Telephone or Webcast

COLUMBIA, Md. -- CELSION CORPORATION (AMEX: CLN) will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. ET, at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel at the BWI Airport in Baltimore, Maryland, with simultaneous webcast and telephone access.
To participate in the meeting by telephone, interested parties should dial 877-604-2080 (domestic) and 706-902-1383 (international), Passcode: 3137292# to register ten minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. The webcast can also be accessed at Celsion Corporation's website at www.celsion.com.
The audio will be archived for replay from Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. until Thursday, June 15, 2007 at 12:00 noon. The replay can be accessed at 800-642-1687 (domestic) and 706-645-9291 (international). The audio will also be available on the Company's web site, http://www.celsion.com.
