FORT WORTH, Texas -- Compass Bank, as Trustee of the San Juan Basin Royalty Trust (NYSE:SJT) (the "Trust"), today filed the Trust's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 (the "Form 10-K") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Form 10-K incorporates by reference the complete audited financial statements contained in the Trust's 2006 Annual Report to Unit Holders (the "Annual Report").
