San Juan Basin Royalty Trust Files Annual Report on Form 10-K

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Compass Bank, as Trustee of the San Juan Basin Royalty Trust (NYSE:SJT) (the "Trust"), today filed the Trust's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 (the "Form 10-K") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Form 10-K incorporates by reference the complete audited financial statements contained in the Trust's 2006 Annual Report to Unit Holders (the "Annual Report"). The Trust filed the Annual Report with the SEC as an exhibit to the Form 10-K.
The Trust makes available, free of charge via its website, its annual and quarterly reports to unit holders, annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K and other information filed with the SEC, including amendments to such reports. This information is available at www.sjbrt.com as soon as reasonably practicable after it is electronically filed with the SEC or mailed to the Trust's unit holders.
