ACA Capital Adds Approximately $1.6 Billion in Assets Under Management

NEW YORK -- ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) today announced that thus far during the first quarter of 2007 its asset management subsidiary, ACA Management L.L.C., closed ACA ABS 2007-1, a $1.5 billion, cash and synthetic investment grade asset-backed collateralized debt obligation and Dolomite, a [euro]58 million corporate managed tranche program. ACA Capital invested in $1.4 million of the equity of ACA ABS 2007-1, representing approximately 5% of the equity tranche.
