Intraware's Preferred Rights Management Partner Program provides Uniloc USA with a route to a hosted delivery and management offering for softANCHOR and enables Uniloc to reach a broader market for its solutions. Intraware will offer technical and business development support related to the development and sales of those products and/or services that operate in conjunction with Intraware's SubscribeNet License Manager. Uniloc's softANCHOR provides a highly secure and flexible license and access management platform that helps software publishers maintain strong customer relationships and quickly respond to changes in the business environment.
